There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room, appreciated that. The breakfast was great and the parking was on site

The hotel was fairly clean with helpful staff, it was a great place for vacation.

It's great hotel at a decent price. Comfy rooms come with so floors as well as internet worked very well. They serve appetising food, have a wide range of options to choose from.

That was absolutely great and nice hotel set in very industrial area, short walk to the port and all the cranes and Manzanillo for a vacation and the beach where there are ample restaurants and shops in close proximity to the hotels. My property room was bigwith internet as well as the 6 or so floors. The staff was amazingly kind, pleasant.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the port and the local convenience store. , just around the corner, there was a small café with decent prices and good food. The room was well-kept, and the bathroom was clean. The service by the hotel staff is prompt and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of variety. The lobby and pool area were well-maintained and overall pleasant spaces.

I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Manzanillo. The staff went above and beyond to assist me during my trip. I had a dental emergency and Victor, the desk manager, arranged everything for me, even accompanying me to the dentist. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for both personal and business travelers.

During our Easter stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the two complementary drinks offered at check-in. The location was ideal for our needs, with easy access to the port and banks. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool, which had a great play area for kids.

The breakfast was average, and there were a few flies around the food. Also, the TV channels were limited, but this was not a major issue.
